Seasons of Our Lives

To everything there is a season and a time for every purpose under heaven.

~Ecclesiastes 3:1

Summer is in full bloom, and it is the season for many celebrations and milestones. It is the time of family vacations and travels to new places.

But there are also many who are dealing with trials, illness and grieving. And this too is a season God has prepared us for. It is possible with God to find deep joy in the most difficult of times, and to find deep sorrow during celebrations.

If we don’t know sorrow, how can we truly know joy? All the good and bad moments in life work together to weave a rich fabric of our life, that God has put together for us. There is a season for the earth, and a season for our lives.

God is the expert builder; walking with you in sorrow, healing the hurts, so that when your pain lessons, your heart will soar with love, and true understanding.

To everything there is a season, and God is in the midst of them all.
