Birth in Color RVA in Partnership with Henrico County Health Department has created a program that allows for 160 pregnant people to receive free Doula services. In return the Doulas in the Network will be compensated to give those services at the normal rate. It’s a win win for all.

The Henrico County Community Doula Program is still going strong and has the capacity to take on 60 more pregnant people, all applications need to be completed by October 31st. The Birth in Color, RIC Doula Project is only able to accept pregnant people who identify as Black, Brown or Indigenous.
