"Just like we did last year were having our Wombat IPA. Wombat being an Australian creature we used all Australian hops in this beer and we are really excited about it its gonna be a really good time."

Named after the original crossroads, this 15 barrel neighborhood production brewery is built in an old ice plant. We use water from an artesian well located in our building that was originally used to provide water for ice production which now is used to make our beer.

Alachua’s first craft brewery is located in San Felasco Tech City center. We offer 15 beers that are brewed onsite, along with guest cider and seltzer.

Big Top Brewery is no longer in the Gainesville, Alachua County market. We will miss them dearly and they will always be in our hearts as an honorary member of our Sippin' Seven trail.
