We've got zip-lining, hiking, fishing, boating, swimming, hunting, camping, glamping , and did we mention cowboys and buffalo?? Why there's more to do here than you would have imagined! From chasin' hats to just taking in the views - jet skiing to sky diving - sandy beaches to rocky cliffs - Osage Co. has adventure by the horns!

The big Cavalcade Rodeo was a wild ride this past month with tons of outdoor, social-distancing fun for the whole family! To see more photos of the event, follow Osage County Fairgrounds on Facebook. Osage County Fairgrounds is a great Facebook page to follow to keep up with all the happenings just south of Pawhuska at one of the best event facilities in the state!
The Tallgrass Music Festival has been rescheduled from August to October 16-17, 2020, to allow for cooler temperatures. Also, the Tallgrass Music Festival will have FREE admission this year!! It's beautiful in the Fall in the Osage and this would make a great weekend to bring the family, the lawn chairs, and maybe even the RV!! You can plan on the green grass turning BLUE the weekend of October 16 & 17 in Skiatook, Oklahoma - the Music Capital of the Osage!
On Saturday, August 22nd, Shidler will be having their Annual Car Show at Coussens Park. Expect a great array of vintage and rare automobiles, vendors, food, 50's Music, and fun for the kids - all outdoors! Also, plan on hanging around for supper since it's Saturday because that's steak night at Mandy's Cafe' there in Shidler - and you don't want to miss that!! Who knows, while you're there, you may even run into the infamous " One Arm Bandit," known around the world in rodeo circles!
