Did you know that Yoga postures were designed to make your body ready to sit in meditation? Have you always wanted to try meditation but weren't quite sure how?

In this workshop, Dawn Jex will lead us through gentle stretching and heart opening postures to prepare for meditation.

Following yoga,Leah Rich will guide us through a Heartfulness Meditation Practice.

Come join us for a relaxing slow flow practice infused with gourmet chocolates and restorative yin. It will delight all 5 senses, soothe the mind and restore the body❤️

With the goal of creating awareness and internal focus, spend 60 minutes doing gentle asanas, seated postures, guided by Dawn Jex.

Following yoga, Anna Jennings ( ) offers a 90 minute mandala experiential using natural materials designing geometric forms within the circle. Come without expectations and open to the creativity within you.

All supplies are provided, and participants take home artwork made during session.
