Owner Dawn Troutman explained, “Over 25 years, We Kids has moved locations and changed ownership 4 times, and yet our mission of serving families, promoting recycling and reselling, and providing a resource for inexpensive clothing and toys for children has not changed a bit.” Like the diligent “mom” owners before me, we are here to serve the community we love,” she added.
