Member Access - Did You Know?

You Can Send IMRF a Secure Message in Member Access! The  Secure Message Center in  Member Access  is a safe way to communicate with us about your IMRF benefits. After you log into your Member Access account, click on Secure Message under Quick Links in the column on the right side of the page. You can also attach documents to your message.

If you do not already have a Member Access account, you will need a Registration Key to create one. The Registration Key is 16 characters and can be found toward the end of the annual Statement of Benefits IMRF mailed to you in February. You can also request a new Registration Key by clicking here.
