Please carefully follow the instructions included with your ballot and return your completed ballot in the self-addressed stamped envelope that was provided.

The deadline for receipt of ballots is December 4 at 4:30 PM CST.
Your 2021 Statement of Benefits is Available!
Every November IMRF will provide an online Benefit Statement for the next year. You can view or download your Benefit Statement from Member Access quickly and easily!

This statement ensures you have up-to-date information about your IMRF benefits and account information. Your IMRF Benefit Statement for 2021 is now available in Member Access. It includes the following information:

  • The amount of your annual increase and the amount of your 2021 pension

  • Current beneficiary information

  • Information about your 1099-R tax form

Please Note: Benefit Statements will no longer be mailed.

To view your Benefit Statement, log into your Member Access account and click on Benefit Statements under Quick Links, on the right side of the screen.

If you do not already have a Member Access account, you will need a Registration Key to create one. The Registration Key is 16 characters and can be found toward the end of the annual Statement of Benefits IMRF mailed to you in November 2019. You can also request that a new Registration Key be mailed to you by clicking here.

If you retired in 2020, you will not receive a statement this fall.

Address Changes - Keep us Updated!
If you are moving or just headed south for the cold winter months, don't forget to let us know your new address!

You can update your address in your Member Access account. After you log into your account, go to Quick Links in the right column of the page and click on Change Address.
