Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act)
For eligible nonprofits, the CARES Act includes loans for:
Eight weeks of salary, health insurance and other overhead costs.
Loans can be forgiven if employees are kept on payroll for that period of time.
Loans will be available at almost any FDIC-insured bank.
Loans could be available as early as next week with possible turnaround in the same day as application.
Funds can be used to rehire staff that were laid off due to Coronavirus.

Up to $2 million per loan available.
The interest rate for non-profits is 2.75%.
Long-term repayments, up to a maximum of 30 years.

Flexible repayment terms.
Loans from $5,000 up to $50,000.
Available for nonprofits in Erie County.

Families First Coronavirus Response Act
Roughly $8 billion has been allocated for Coronavirus prevention, preparation and response efforts through the Families First Coronavirus Response Act.
