This notice is to inform participating lenders that the Alabama Housing Finance Authority (AHFA), will be increasing the lender Funding Fee applicable to first mortgage loans purchased by AHFA under its Single Family programs.
Effective Date:
For any first mortgage loan purchased on or after June 6, 2026, the Funding Fee will increase from $211.00 to $246.00 per loan.
Loans purchased prior to June 6, 2026 will remain subject to the current Funding Fee.
