Foundation Fighting Blindness Invites Applications for Career Development Awards. Applications Due: March 25, 2021. At least two grants of $375,000 over five years.

To support junior investigators eager to pursue vigorous research on therapies and cures for retinal degenerative diseases.
American Cancer Society Seeks Proposals on Role of Health Policy, Insurance in Improving Cancer Prevention Outcomes. Applications Due: April 1, 2021. Awards will not exceed $200,000 per year for up to five years ($1,000,000 maximum).

For research projects focused on changes in national, state, and/or local policy and the response to those changes by healthcare systems, insurers, payers, communities, practices, and patients.
Breakthrough Prize Invites Nominations for its 2022 Prizes Nominations Due: April 1, 2021. Five $3,000,000 cash awards and a gala ceremony.

2022 Prizes in Fundamental Physics (1), Life Sciences (3), and Mathematics (1). In addition, six New Horizons Prizes, each for $100,000, will be open to early-career researchers in Physics and Mathematics.
Known as "The Oscars of Science," the Breakthrough Prize program honors top scientists to foster broad popular support for scientific endeavors and inspire the next generation of scientists.
