Client Spotlight - Heritage Glen Farm

Thanksgiving is around the corner and it's an exciting time for Judd and Cari Culver of Heritage Glen Farm, the US licensee for KellyBronze turkeys from the UK.

They specialize in letting these heritage breed birds grow slowly at their natural rate, and hand pluck and dry age them to make what many believe is the best tasting turkey on the market.

CVSBDC has been helping Heritage Glen Farm for the past two years to identify and win grants to purchase new and better equipment, to enlarge their product offering, and to green their energy system.

According to Judd Culver, "The team at SBDC are amazing. We are a first generation farm with full time day jobs and we know grants are out there we just don’t have time to weed through all of them to figure out what fits our needs. The SBDC knows all about grants, business, and has contacts that will help your business have the best opportunity to win grants and expand / grow your business."

There's still time to order your Thanksgiving Turkey and participate in the annual Pick-Up Day on November 18th. This is a family friendly event to enjoy farm tours and meet the KellyBronze team.
