GSFA is pleased to remind Participating Lenders that funding remains available through the ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance (HBA) Program for eligible homebuyers impacted by the 2018 California wildfires.

If you're working with borrowers who lived in one of the qualifying disaster areas and are interested in purchasing a home, we encourage you to submit their applications while funding remains available.
