Event Staff Needed Friday, June 6th-Saturday, June 7th

Event Location: Gaffney, SC

Set-up Date: Friday, June 6th, 2025

Need 6 people (at least 2 need to be adults)
3PM - 7PM
Includes truck unloading and equipment set-up

Event Date: Saturday, June 7th, 2025

Need 42 people (at least 13 need to be adults)
9AM - 5PM
Includes event, take-down, truck loading and final cleanup

Donation Amount:

The total donation amount for providing all volunteers is $3,600.00.

This amount can be split up for smaller groups of volunteers. Just let us know how many are in your group.

Volunteers:

All volunteers must be over 15 years of age. The group is expected to have their total number the entire day and volunteers many not come and go. The volunteers are expected to stay until the Lead Event Manager dismisses the group after final clean up is complete.

Duties:

Under the supervision and training of Compass Rose Events' professional Event Managers, volunteers will set-up, tear-down and man the activities, games, tents, and attractions, prepare and serve food, maintain a safe and clean environment for event guests.
