Bertram "Bill" Unger

Good Shepherd parishioner and friend, Bill Unger, departed this life on November 1, 2023. Bill was very active in the life of this parish and in the greater diocese. At Good Shepherd he faithfully served on Vestry, Master Planning Committee, Coffee House, Youth Ministry, Search Committee and Good Guys. Bill also was a faithful and enthusiastic grill master for the the Good Guys Grill Steak Night and a big fan of his hometown Washington DC NFL team.
Bill served our diocese on financial committees, he was the treasurer at St. Gregory's, Boca Raton, and he served on various boards and associations throughout the South Florida community. Bill was committed and very service-minded. Through his work, he touched many lives.
A funeral will be held at Good Shepherd on Friday, December 1, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. with interment immediately following in the Good Shepherd Memorial Garden. All are welcome to attend a reception after the interment. Please keep the Unger family and their many friends in your prayers.
