A global nomad, Mike Walsh travels more than 300 days a year worldwide collecting case studies, researching trends and presenting
on the future of business.

A lawyer turned dot.com senior manager turned entrepreneur, his interest for digital technology came during his teen years. Mike's interest in human patterns came even earlier when his father, who was the General Manager of Harrod's department store in London, would take Mike with him to work and people watch.

Mike began his technology career in Australia and then went on to Asia. While working in Hong Kong and inspired by the dramatic changes taking place in China and India, Mike founded his latest venture, Tomorrow - an innovation research lab focused on emerging technology and disruptive consumer behavior. He has advised the CEOs and senior management teams at multinational companies including: the BBC, Fujiļ¬lm, Richemont, MSN, Star TV, Televisa, Philips and HSBC.

What you'll never see Mike without is a film camera. In contrast to his world in digital technology, he has a passion for analog technology with film and vintage cameras. Mike is a published photographer and supporter of the Arts. His photographic images from his travels around the world are featured in his award-winning book, Futuretainment.

As a global nomad and consumer trend scout, Mike does live research, in the trenches, with big corporations and entrepreneurs all over the world bringing a truly global perspective to every event.

Mike's best-selling book Futuretainment, which features his own photography, was the winner of the design award by the Art Director's Club in New York. Mike's latest book is The Algorithmic Leader: Than You. Each week he interviews provocative thinkers, innovators and troublemakers on his weekly podcast, Between Worlds.
