Welcome, Future Vikings!

We’re excited to launch our monthly Future Viking newsletter, designed especially for families with students in grades 5–8. Each month, you’ll receive updates, event invitations, and a glimpse into the life of a Nolan Catholic Viking.

Our first big event is right around the corner—Future Viking Night at our football game on Friday, September 5! This special evening is all about you and your family. Students in 6th–8th grade will have the opportunity to join in exclusive pregame activities with our football team and spirit groups before cheering on the Vikings under the lights. Welcoming the Class of 2029!

A Joyful Start to the School Year

The halls of Nolan Catholic were buzzing with energy as we welcomed students back to campus for another exciting year! A special welcome goes out to our freshman class, many of whom joined us from our partner schools across the Diocese. From first-day traditions to reconnecting with friends and teachers, the start of school is always a joyful reminder of the strong community that makes Nolan Catholic so special.

For our Future Viking families, this is just a glimpse of what awaits! A faith-filled community, with spirited traditions, and a place where students grow in knowledge and character from the moment they step on campus.

Future Viking Night

Join us for Future Viking Night at our home football game on Friday, September 5! All Future Vikings and their families are invited to experience the excitement of game night and cheer on the Vikings at Doskocil Stadium. Middle school students (6th–8th grade) will have the special opportunity to participate in activities with our Marching Band and Color Guard, Cheer, Royelles, and Football team. Check-in for participants will begin between 4 PM and 5:30 PM in Hartnett Arena lobby, depending on the activity. Come be part of the tradition, enjoy the Viking spirit, and see what it means to be a Viking!

Open House - Wednesday, October 8, 2025

Wednesday, October 8, 2025 | 6-8 PM

Join us for our Open House on Wednesday, October 8, in Hartnett Arena, and discover what makes the Viking community so special. This event is a unique opportunity to meet our administration, faculty, staff, coaches, and club moderators, all gathered in one place to share insights about our school. Our trade-show-style format ensures every department is accessible, making it easy to explore all that we offer.mThe open house runs from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., and we look forward to welcoming you!

Faith & Fellowship for Parents

Black Coffee Brotherhood

Recently, over 60 fathers and sons came together to re-mulch campus grounds—sharing yard work, coffee, and burgers along the way. The Brotherhood is about more than service projects; it’s about strengthening fathers through prayer and fellowship. Join us in the Nolan Catholic Chapel on Thursday, September 12 at 6:00 AM for Adoration & Scripture, a time to grow together in faith.

Mother's Mass

All mothers and grandmothers of Nolan Catholic and our diocesan schools' students are warmly invited to the first Mother’s Mass of the year on Thursday, September 26, at 8:15 AM in the Nolan Catholic Chapel. This special gathering is an opportunity to come together in worship and strengthen relationships within our Nolan Catholic and diocesan community. We encourage you to join us in prayer and fellowship.

Friday Adoration Has Begun

Today we joyfully began our Friday Adoration in the Mary, Mother of God Chapel! This beautiful tradition allows our students, faculty, and staff to pause and spend time with Our Lord throughout the school day.

To ensure Adoration continues each Friday, we invite parents to sign up as Parent Adorers. By offering just one hour, you help make this gift of prayer and presence possible for our community.

“Devotion to the Eucharist is the most noble... the sweetest, because the Lord is Sweetness Itself.” – St. Pope Pius X

Nolan Catholic Theatre Company Presents:

Peter and the Starcatcher

Join the Nolan Catholic Theatre Company for their fall performance of Peter and the Starcatcher, running Wednesday, September 24, Thursday, September 25, and Saturday, September 27 at 7:00 PM in the Nolan Catholic Auditorium.

Peter and the Starcatcher is a play that serves as a prequel to the classic Peter Pan story, exploring how a nameless orphan boy becomes Peter Pan and detailing the origins of other iconic characters like Captain Hook (then Black Stache). It’s a humorous and imaginative story about adventure, friendship, and the power of believing. The play centers on a young boy, Molly, and her mission to protect a magical substance called starstuff from falling into the wrong hands.

Tickets will be available soon—stay tuned!
