SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY: The Racing and Gaming Conference at Saratoga (RGCS), taking place August 10-12 at the Saratoga Hilton, will convene leading voices from government, law, and the gaming industry for a timely discussion on one of the most closely watched questions in U.S. gaming policy: Is iGaming poised for widespread expansion, or is its momentum beginning to slow?

The session – “iGaming: Inevitable Innovation or Passing Fancy?” – will explore whether the coming years represent a breakthrough moment for online casino legalization in key states where legislative interest has intensified. Panelists will examine the political landscape, regulatory considerations, and market forces shaping the next phase of digital gaming growth.

As more states weigh the potential tax revenues and economic benefits associated with online casino gaming, policymakers and industry stakeholders are increasingly debating the pace and scope of expansion.
