Nobody needs a reminder of how unprecedented the COVID-19 pandemic is for all of us. Or how deeply it cuts across our companies and our culture.
We don’t know what the new normal will look like when the inevitable recovery begins. But this much is certain – the actions we take now will determine whether we’re reshaping the new normal, or it’s reshaping us. As I write this, your doors may have been ordered shut, but this is no time to be idle. There are a few important things you can do right now to help ensure you’re flourishing on the flip side of this shutdown:

Put the treasure trove of information you’ve collected to work

Brainstorm. Use your social media platforms and media options to connect with people and gauge how their values are shifting. Devise business plans designed to meet those needs and connect in authentic ways.
