What’s Happening

The former Par 3 Golf Course at 2795 Prairie Ave is being developed into Bayshore Park, a passive park for Miami Beach residents and visitors to enjoy.

The City has executed the project contract with Buslam Company Partners, Inc. Construction is already underway, and residents can expect to see equipment mobilized to the project site. Please be advised that all construction equipment will be stored within the park. During the construction period, the project site will be fenced in and closed to the public.

Timeline

This project will take approximately two years to complete. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The contractor has been approved to perform weekend work this Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Please know that this schedule may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
