Hurricane Ida Emergency Disaster Relief Fund
Hurricane Ida, one of the strongest hurricanes ever to make landfall in the United States, plunged large parts of Louisiana and Mississippi into darkness and destroyed many homes and businesses. Hundreds were stranded, thousands of New Orleanians were displaced, and towns along the Gulf Coast were flooded. Jewish communities and others have significant needs in terms of shelter, recovery, aid, and rebuilding.
Jewish Federations are uniquely positioned to help at times of need such as these.
Jewish Federation of Greater Naples will forward 100% of all gifts to emergency assistance for the short-and long-term needs of those affected by Hurricane Ida.
The amount raised by the Capital Campaign for the Nina Iser Jewish Cultural Center is presently at $9.97M! That number is the culmination of the $1M Challenge Matching Grant which has come remarkably close to the goal but has not hit it quite yet.
With that in mind, we are EXTENDING the deadline so that everyone in the community can help us reach our Challenge Matching Grant goal of $1M.
Support now and your contribution will be doubled!
This is your chance to make a first-time gift or increase your contribution to the Capital Campaign and DOUBLE the impact. All pledges $5,000.00 and above, will qualify for a naming opportunity and can be paid over five years. All contributions $500.00 and above, your name(s) will be published in the Federation Star.
We urge you to contribute what you can
to meet our matching challenge grant.
Our deepest gratitude to Shelley & Steve Einhorn, Steve Iser, Debbie Laites & Ben Post, Bebe & Stephen Saks, Joan & Marc Saperstein, Jane Schiff, Phyllis Seaman, and Arlene & Michael Sobol for their philanthropic generosity in creating this Capital Campaign matching grant. Your gift today can go even further in helping Jewish Federation of Greater Naples build the Nina Iser Jewish Cultural Center.

Making a tribute or memorial gift is a wonderful way to honor the memory of a loved one, celebrate someone special in your life or commemorate milestones (such as a birthday, wedding, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, or anniversary). We will send an acknowledgment of your gift to the recipient(s) or their family.
