Team Spotlight

If you've been to a local expo, golf outing, happy hour, or other networking event, chances are you've met G3's team spotlight this month, Kristy Dalby.

Kristy joined the G3 team almost 3 years ago as our Business Development Executive. With a background in marketing and client relations, Kristy brings over 15 years of communications experience to G3. After graduating from the University of Iowa, her professional experience includes being a membership director at a private yacht club in California, a financial advisor in Newport Beach, and even an Architectural Boat Tour Guide right here in Chicago.

What drew Kristy to G3 Construction Group? "Honestly, it's the culture. From the first time I walked in the door, I felt like I was back at home. It's a small company that just feels like family." With the in-person networking events back in full swing, Kristy is always out and about putting her best foot forward for G3.

Outside of work, Kristy enjoys spending time with her husband (newlyweds!) and two dogs, as well as cooking, riding her Peloton, and learning how to garden. Thank you Kristy for your hard work and dedication to G3!

Brother Rice High School

G3 Construction Group was honored to accept the award for "Organization of the Year" at Brother Rice High School's Annual Be Exceptional Gala. Proceeds from this event provide tuition assistance to Brother Rice High School students. We are incredibly honored to have been a part of such a special evening. We love this partnership we’ve formed with BRHS and look forward to working together for many years to come!

Project Spotlight

LifeStance Health

Park Ridge, Il

Office Renovation

G3 Construction Group was engaged by CBRE to perform this office build out for LifeStance Health in Park Ridge, IL. The project scope included:

Debris hauling, site maintenance and protection, general and final cleaning
Furnish and install new drywall and acoustic ceiling for office layout
Installation of reception feature accent wall, reception hospitality counter, reception desk millwork, breakroom millwork, office accent trim and corridor accent trim.
Purchase, deliver, and install kitchen appliances
Prepare, prime, and paint walls per project scope
Furnish and install flooring, reception pass thru window, doors, frames, and hardware
HVAC upgrades
Provide new fire protection features including sprinklers, alarms, and fire extinguisher cabinets
Plumbing and electrical upgrades

Local 1 Chief Engineers Association

Monthly Meeting

Last Month, G3 co-hosted the Local 1 Chief Engineers Association's monthly meeting. Following the meeting, the Local 1 Chiefs enjoyed an afternoon of Whirlyball, bowling, raffles, and fun! We had so much fun and enjoy being involved with such an awesome organization!
