Jodi Bates
Director, IT & Contract Administration
In 1996, Jodi began working for Hygieneering, Inc., G3's sister company. When G3 was formed in 2004, Jodi's role expanded between the two businesses. Since then, she has done everything from contract admin, to HR, to IT, and everything in between. She continues to grow and learn by adapting to company needs and taking supplemental courses that will add to her proficiency and success.
Outside of her professional roles, Jodi also serves as Secretary on the Board of the Channahon Three Rivers Festival, a 5 day event that benefits the not for profit organizations that serve the Channahon community. Kayla Hoehn
Community Coordinator
One of G3's newest team members is our community coordinator, Kayla Hoehn. Kayla's role as our community coordinator is essential in our capital improvement projects. In an effort to make these large scale projects as seamless as possible, Kayla coordinates in-unit work, fields calls and emails from unit owners, and acts as a liaison between the project and property managers and the residents. Currently, Kayla is on-site at a critical structural repair project in progress on Chicago's South Side. Her positive, can-do attitude ensures the successful and timely completion of each project.

Kristy Dalby
Business Development Executive
Kristy came to G3 from sunny Southern California almost 2 years ago. As a southside native, she never thought she'd return home from the west coast. However, after a mutual friend introduced her to the team, she knew her Cali days were numbered. "From the second I walked in the G3 door, I felt home. The company culture here is amazing. The team is supportive, and I know I can build a future with this company."
With a background in marketing and client relations, and a Communications Degree from the University of Iowa, Kristy brings her expertise to our Business Development team. In 2021, she plans to continue implementing more digital campaigns into G3's marketing platform, and hopefully engage in more face to face networking when the time comes. Thank you Kristy!

2021 Polar Plunge for Special Olympics
|
The Polar Plunge may have looked a bit different this year, but that didn't stop G3's Sean O'Brien from getting soaked and raising money! This year, his team has raised over $22,000 for Special Olympics. These funds benefit the 7,500+ Special Olympics Chicago athletes covering program costs such as transportation, sports equipment, team uniforms and food. Through your donations, people with intellectual disabilities have the opportunity to discover new strengths, abilities and success. The plunge may be over, but you can still make donations here. Great job Sean!
