Team Spotlight

This month’s team spotlight is one of our favorite project managers, Ryan Martin. Ryan has been with the company almost 6 years. He has a Sport Management degree from University of Illinois which honed his communication, time management, and budgeting skills.

Ryan recently completed an impressive façade and window replacement project on one of Chicago’s most prestigious Gold Coast buildings. This project required daily communication and coordination with residents, staff, and contractors to ensure its “on time and within budget” completion. Since then, Ryan has managed a roof replacement, garage renovation, door modification, plumbing riser replacement, and another façade renovation. His hard work and dedication to G3 shines through every successful project!

Outside of work, Ryan is enjoying being a newlywed and looking forward to becoming a dad in August. Congratulations Ryan and thank you for all that you do!

Suburban Homeowner's Association

Round Lake, Il

G3 Construction Group was engaged by the Board at this suburban Condo Association to manage this critical, large-scale full roof replacement and asphalt repair project. The scope of work on this project included:

Removal of existing roof shingles and installation of asphalt shingles on
10 Condominium Buildings
680 SQRS of parking lot covers
20 Manor home buildings
28 Town Home buildings
Parking lot inspection
Mill and overlay 4” asphalt
Install approx. 100 LF of pipe to relieve existing ponding in parking lot
Remove and reinstall asphalt driveways and aprons

Every year FirstService Residential gives out different awards and Fairfield Villages won the award for the best maintained HOA in the IL market. This award would not have been possible without the successful completion of the roof and asphalt project that occurred this year. I want to thank your entire team for overseeing these projects. Fairfield is a complex community, and the residents can be difficult, and you pushed us through the challenges and exceeded my expectations and as Bob will tell you, I have high expectations.
