New Director of Religious Education
Father King is happy to welcome a new member to our Guardian Angels Parish Pastoral Team, Mrs. Kay Froehlich. Kay is a lifelong member of Guardian Angels Parish having grown up in Mt. Kay will now assume the duties and responsibilities of Director of Religious Education (DRE). Welcome Kay!
Soup & Speaker Event
Everyone is invited to attend our Fall Soup & Speaker Event on September 10th . Soup will be served at 6:00pm. Father David Endres will discuss the history of the Catholic Church in Cincinnati at 7:00 . A flyer is attached
Over the past years Guardian Angels parish has volunteered to cover two of the 40 Days for Life event where we have someone continually praying from 7:00am to 7:00pm at Planned Parenthood’s abortion facility. Many of our working parishioners try to cover our early and late hours and those available during the day fill the hours in between.

Please consider joining us as many of our “regulars” can no longer participate mainly for health reasons. Sign up at or on the bulletin boards in the gathering space. The GA dates are Wednesday, September 26 th and Wedsnesday, October 31st . Questions? Problems signing up? Contact Luann Rowekamp. A flyer for the campaign is attached
Rosary Rally
All are invited to join in a Public Square Rosary Rally on Saturday, October 13 , at 12:00pm at Guardian Angels Church on the lawn in front of the school next to the main Beechmont Ave entrance.
This Public Square Rosary, sponsored by America Needs Fatima, will be one of over 14,000 rallies that will take place all across the United States on that day. Please join us in offering reparation for the sins and offenses committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary and to fervently pray for the conversion of the United States. Will you join me and other Catholics on this very important day?
More information about the Public Square Rosary Rallies is available at   A flyer for our event is attached .
Contact Nick Carpinello 513-289-1743 if you have any questions. Volunteers are needed.
Youth Ministry
Youth Ministry for the 2018-2019 school year is underway. This year there will be weekly high school meetings in the youth room from 7:00-8:30pm starting Thursday, September 13 th . We will be starting with a series called “This is My Campus,” which will focus on empowering students to meet the needs of their individual high schools. Middle school ministry will be held monthly (typically on the 3 rd Saturday , 7:00 – 9:00pm) for grades 6-8. There are also First Friday Youth Nights for all grades held in the undercroft from 6:30 – 8:30pm, which focus on a shared meal, activities, and prayer before the Blessed Sacrament. There are many other youth offerings throughout the year. A full schedule can be obtained by emailing
Our Festival Needs Your Help
Our AngelsFest committee is looking to fill several positions for the 2019 event. We are looking for an event chair, new bid-n-buy committee members, and planning committee members .

Please consider getting involved with the biggest and most popular community event at GA each year.
The Event Chair leads committee meetings & guides decisions made by the planning committee.
Bid-N-Buy needs 3-4 new committee members to handle the silent auction at the festival.
New planning committee members are always welcome! If you have ideas to make AngelsFest even better, this is your opportunity to execute those ideas.
If you’re interested in getting involved, send an email to .
News From Guardian Angels School
Come Learn More About Our School
We hold three types of events each year to introduce families to Guardian Angels School. All three offer a different insight so feel free to attend all of them, or choose the one that fits your needs.

Informational Coffee
Our Informational Coffee events provide parents an opportunity to see classes in session but also talk with other current GA parents about their experience here at Guardian Angels School. We hold one of these events in the Fall and one in the Spring. Our next coffee is scheduled for Tuesday, November 13th . If you'd like to attend this event, please RSVP to Tiffany Strah .
Open House
Our Open House is scheduled for January 27th from 1:00-3:00pm. This is a great opportunity to meet other GA families and teachers, talk with administrators and help us kick off Catholic Schools Week.

Personal Tour
You are always welcome to call and schedule a personal tour of Guardian Angels School. You will meet with our administration to discuss the classes and programs available through GA and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. These are typically done during school hours so you can see what a typical day is like for students.
Call the school office at (513)624-3141 to schedule a tour.
