Access to GA Sunday Worship

Congregations are invited to incorporate General Assembly's Sunday Worship (60 mins) into their Sunday programs. The live broadcast via YouTube will occur on Sunday, June 23 at 1:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM CT / 11:00 AM MT / 10:00 AM PT. DVR controls, which provide the ability to pause and rewind the live event, will be available. 

The on-demand video will also be made available at the same time the livestream starts. The Livestream will include 'burnt in" captions, so it's recommended to turn off YouTube's auto captioning feature. The on-demand video will contain closed captions, allowing you to turn on and off the captions.

Great news! Beginning May 1st, an early access form will be available for congregations broadcasting the GA Sunday worship at their respective worship times. To learn more and for updates, visit uua.org/ga/off-site.

After completing the early access form, congregations will receive information for downloading the service beginning on Saturday afternoon, June 22. Two versions of the service will be available, although the default includes ASL and captions included on the recordings.

All music included in the Sunday service is licensed through WorshipCast to the UUA. Congregations should have their own licensing agreement if downloading or broadcasting the service. Visit christiancopyrightsolutions.com for more information.

Tools for Spiritual Deepening: A Live Cohort Group at GA

UU Wellspring has joined with UUSDN (Unitarian Universalist Spiritual Directors Network) to create a three-session engaging experience at GA. Join us live for either the morning or evening cohort sessions:  

• Thursday June 20 10:30 am ET/7:30 am PT or 8:30 pm ET / 5:30 pm PT
• Friday, June 21 11:00 am ET/8:00 am PT or 8:30 pm ET / 5:30 pm PT
• Saturday, June 22 11:00 am ET/8:00 am PT or 8:30 pm ET / 5:30 pm PT

Since GA is fast approaching, put this live cohort opportunity on your calendars to learn all about our newest program and experience these components of UU Wellspring with UUs attending General Assembly 2024: 

• Day 1: Love at the Center: UU Values and Covenants 
• Day 2: Spiritual Practices 
• Day 3: Spiritual Direction 

We hope you will join us by choosing either the morning OR the evening set of three sessions.

GA Cohorts are a new groundbreaking initiative aimed at deepening engagement and fostering collaboration. These intimate gatherings will unite individuals around shared goals, interests, and experiences, offering a unique space for guided conversations, community building, and skill-building. Cohort meetings are scheduled for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday during GA. Facilitators will lead two gatherings per day each day, accommodating different time zones and scheduling preferences. Feel free to create your own Cohort Group when the GA app becomes available in June. We're excited to announce the following Cohort Groups led by UUA Staff and UU Affiliate Organizations.

No phone? No problem! Virtual GA is accessible via desktop computer, laptop, and tablet too! The Whova desktop view will give you all of the same features and access of the mobile app. Check out the Whova tutorial linked below for more information. The GA App powered by Whova will be live to all registrants in early June.
