On this 137th day of our national health challenge, we have all found ways of surviving, and a few of thriving. Many of us are experiencing Summer in Balconia, rather than in Gran Canaria, as planned. A perfect time to catch up on the goings-on at the GABC.
The virus wave seems to grow unabated, and yet, there is cause for optimism. Change is ahead. Vaccines against COVID-19 are in trials, and we can all look forward to a more normal 2021 and beyond.
We continue to feature our membership in this issue of our newsletter. We continue to connect our members, and to guide you to the good things to come. Read about how others cope, and participate in our virtual events, some of which you find featured in this issue.
And above all, stay safe and stay in touch.
