UPDATED: FR/Bar Contracts and Riders
Updates and new forms went LIVE on November 1st. Please note, the Residential contract, AS IS contract, and seven Riders have been updated and three new Riders (below) were created:

  • CR-6 Rider I Mold Inspection
  • CR-6 Rider DD Seasonal/Vacation Rental
  • CR-6 Rider EE PACE
Each year, Partnership for Strong Families works with more than 150 community partners and donors to provide holiday “wishes” to every child in their care. Having experienced abuse, neglect or abandonment, many of the youth with in their care will spend the holidays away from home. Wish Upon a Star (WUAS) provides an opportunity for the community to add some joy to their holiday.
