Taste of Germany Roadshow a Hit in PA and NY
|
|
As part of the
Wunderbar Together
campaign, the German American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. successfully hosted an event-series titled
“A Taste of Germany”
from July 22-26, 2019. Participating German exhibitors presented their portfolio to a broad audience of
more than 700 attendees
at the five different locations.
The culinary roadshow took place
across
Pennsylvania and Upstate New York
, starting in Bethlehem (PA) and continuing to Pittsburgh (PA), Buffalo (NY), Rochester (NY), and Albany (NY). All stops provided ample opportunity for networking and connecting US and German culture through German foods and beverages. Moreover, the project fostered business relationships between German and US counterparts.
The campaign conveyed a multifaceted image of Germany in the Northeastern US and reached different target groups such as individuals, decision-makers and important, established and potential partners in culture, politics, business and industry.
