As part of our ongoing commitment to expanding regional engagement and strengthening transatlantic economic ties, GACC New York will establish a new Chapter in Boston this fall. This strategic expansion into the Greater Boston area - one of the most dynamic academic and innovation-driven regions in the United States - will enable us to better support our members and partners throughout Massachusetts and the broader New England region.
In July, we celebrated a major milestone: the 10th German-American Business Forum (DAWT), jointly organized by all German American Chambers of Commerce in the U.S. The event brought together over 340 leaders from both sides of the Atlantic for a day of high-level dialogue, networking, and collaboration. A reception hosted by the U.S. Consul General in Munich provided an excellent setting to mark this important anniversary and foster meaningful connections.
We are pleased to announce that applications are now open for our 2025 Newcomer of the Year Award. This annual award recognizes outstanding achievements of German startups and SMEs in the U.S. market. The three finalists will have the opportunity to present their innovative products and solutions at our signature Fall Gala Dinner on November 13th at Manhatta in New York City.

GACC New York expands regional presence with new Chapter in Boston
We are excited to announce that the GACC New York is establishing a new Chapter in Boston to strategically expand our presence in the Greater Boston area and across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
As a globally connected innovation hub with strong academic, research, and innovation-based industries, Greater Boston offers a unique opportunity to grow German American business relations and provide tailored support to companies across the Commonwealth and the broader New England region. This expansion underscores GACC New York’s continued commitment to strengthening German American business ties at the regional level and marks a new milestone in its more than 75-year history of promoting transatlantic trade and investment.

German Language Classes at Deutsches Haus
In-person and remote German Language Classes at Deutsches Haus at NYU’s Fall Term 2025 running from September 8th to November 15th, 2025! Deutsches Haus is offering regular classes from absolute beginner to mastery levels (A1-C2) with special/ conversation classes. All classes are open to the general public.
