The First 100 Days: Tariffs, Policy Shifts, and the New Administration
On April 30th, we hosted an exclusive event at Deutsche Bank Center in NYC, in collaboration with the American Council on Germany (ACG).
The event focused on the impacts that policy changes and implemented tariffs during the first 100 days of President Trump’s second term have had on the transatlantic economy. Expert speakers provided valuable insights on a range of topics, including the importance of transatlantic relations, a detailed analysis of the 2025 transatlantic economy, and projections for the future direction of German-American business relations.

Elite DFB Soccer Summer Camps
The Elite Summer Soccer Camp, organized by Global Soccer Development (GSD) in partnership with the German Football Federation (DFB), brings world-class training to young soccer players in the U.S. Held in five major cities (Atlanta, Austin, San Francisco, Miami, and the DMV area) throughout June and July, the five-day camps offer serious youth athletes a unique opportunity to train under top German coaches and elevate their game to the next level. Players will train using advanced European methodologies and gain tactical and technical insights in a high-intensity, professional environment.

In-person and remote German Language Classes at Deutsches Haus at NYU’s Summer Term 2025 are taking place from June 23rd to August 30th! Make learning German your Summer goal: Deutsches Haus at NYU’s Summer Term 2025 has opened its registrations and is offering classes in 5- and 10-weeks formats. Students can choose between regular classes and special/conversation classes, ranging from absolute beginner to mastery levels. All classes are open to the general public.
