What Time Does the Gala Start?
The cocktail reception starts at 6:30 p.m. in the Bel Alton Dining Commons.
Where Should I Park and Enter the Gala?
You may park throughout the PVI campus. Enter through Door 14. Don't forget to take your picture with Sweet Dreams before heading inside! Check-in tables will be in the corridor, and coat racks will be available. You will then proceed to the Bel Alton Dining Commons for the cocktail reception and silent auction. The Gala will continue in the Panther Activity Center with dinner, the live auction, raise the paddle, and dancing!
What Should I Wear?
The dress is cocktail attire. You are welcome to wear Gold Cup-Inspired-Attire, including hats and fascinators. Please be comfortable — we look forward to dancing at the end of the evening!
Do I Need Cash for the Bar?
No. You will receive tickets for the bar when you arrive.
When Can I Start Bidding on Auction Items?
Now! Bidding opened on Sunday and will close Saturday at 9 p.m. Set up your BidPal account to include your credit card.
Where Do I Collect Auction Items that I Win?
At the end of the evening, you can pick up any items you won in the Bel Alton Dining Commons. The silent auction item pick-up begins at 10 p.m.
What Will I Be Raising My Paddle to Support?
The Raise the Paddle supports our Positively PVI initiatives as we look for ways to grow our services for students' well-being, improve facilities for students with mobility issues, further enhance our campus, grow our academic programming, and more.
