You will also find a link for an Information Packet that details property management rules & info, rent amounts, income limits and additional resident selection criteria. Please review the Information Packet before signing up for the lottery. ONLY 1 submission allowed per applicant!

The Gant-Gilbert Arts Collective is a mixed-use residence consisting of community & public space that will serve as a creative hub for artists and their families. Along with the 27 affordable units, there is a café, Performance Space and 10 work studios on site! This unique project is one of many projects helping to revitalize the Clinton Hill District and is intended to return the property to the community as a center for creative entrepreneurship, artistic and cultural collaboration, and year-round community engagement through art programming.
*Anyone may apply for affordable housing at the Gant-Gilbert Arts Collective, but we give a preference for occupancy to those applicants who participate in and are committed to the arts.
