HAGATNA, GUAM – The Guam Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce its upcoming General Membership Meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at the Micronesian Ballroom, Hilton Guam Resort & Spa. This monthly gathering will feature guest speaker Ms. Sheri D. Fejeran, Executive Director, Guam Association of Realtors (GAR), who will discuss the state of housing in Guam, which will cover issues such as affordability, availability, infrastructure, and impact on the overall economic stability of our island.
“As housing continues to be one of the most pressing concerns for residents and businesses alike, we are pleased to welcome Ms. Fejeran, who will provide expertise and perspective to this vital topic,” said Tae Oh, Chairman of the Board. "The discussion on Wednesday will provide our members with a deeper understanding of current housing realities and how they shape Guam's future growth. Additionally, Senator Chris Duenas will provide an update to the membership regarding the business privilege tax. We look forward to a great meeting!"
The Chamber encourages all members to participate in this important discussion. Attendees are urged to RSVP promptly and make advance payments by contacting the Chamber Team to guarantee their seat and expedite entry on the day of the event. Event check-in will begin at 11:15 a.m.
Registration for the August 27th meeting is required and must be received via email at info@GuamChamber.com.gu by 12:00 pm on Tuesday, August 26th. Attendance fee for this event is $45 for Chamber Members. Reservations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
