Workplace Safety

Workplace-related injuries cost employers billions of dollars annually, and there’s no price tag on low morale and worker confidence following an injury. However, the investment in technology for workplace safety can significantly reduce these costs and effects. Technology provides many opportunities to improve safety.

Leadership Tip

The first step to becoming a great leader in any industry is to become a great listener. You need to practice active listening. Don’t listen to respond, or to argue, or just to forget the next day. Listen to understand. In leadership roles, listening is a massive part of the job. With active listening, you can create more positive outcomes for your organization and those within it.
