A Note From Marty Ochs

I traveled to the small towns of Stanley and Cornell, WI, to meet with Byron Ramirez of American Dream, a recruiter of skilled employees from Mexico. We met at Film Tech, which manufacturers high quality polyolefin films. Over 50% of Film Tech employees are from Mexico. We have seen that small towns cannot provide skilled employees and potential local employees do not want to work in manufacturing.
