Radio Connections 14 up Harley
AHB Plug and Play Harness
This is the most standard harness we are currently using on 90% of our kits
This one of our GBS Plug and Play harnesses that comes in our plug and play kits. These plugs will have a few different locations that will be plugged in directly to your Stock 14 and up radio harness.
After these 3 plugs are plugged into your main harness, the other ends are male rca, color coded, and will go into the amplifiers input side, or into the DSR1 DSP input side.
This is our most commonly used plug set for the 14 and up Harley Infotainment stock radio. These plugs will directly match your rear and front output plugs in your main Harley harness so that there is no cutting of anything under your fairing.
On all of our plug and play kits for 14 and up Harley Davidson Infotainment system the radio
MUST be flashed, 4 speakers no amplifier. This flash will turn on the rear outs on your radio, as well as set the internal EQ to a Flat safety level for us to build a distortion free system. If your dealer will not flash for you, please send us your radio and we will Flash it and send back to you, at no additional cost.

4 Pin Stock Rear Output
14 up rear stock speaker plug connector. It is attached to the white communication cable under the fairing. It should have a black weather proof cover over it, and should be the only 4 pin plug under the fairing not in use.
2 Pin Stock Front Output
14 up front stock speaker plug connection. There are 2 of these under the fairing. They will connect to the 2 pin plugs on our plug and play kits. These are what was disconnect from the pods, before you took the pods off the motorcycle.

Radio Connections 98-13 Harley
Mloc745 Plug and Play Line out
This one of our GBS Plug and Play harnesses that comes in our plug and play kits. These plugs will have a few different locations that will be plugged in directly to your Stock 14 and up radio harness (see images above).
This will plug into your stock harness and then the RCA ends on it will plug directly into your amplifier or DSR1
Please note that on a 13 and down Harley with a stock radio, this is the most used plug and play kit that we use. The plugs on it will be slightly different but will have the same function.
The 2 pin plugs above will be replaced with male spades that will plug into the front speaker wiring in your bike that were disconnected directly from the stock speakers. We will provide new wiring from the new speakers into the amplifier.
The 4 ping will be replaced with matching Harley plug that will plug directly into the back of your stock radio. The radio will need to be flashed, 4 speakers no amplifier, in order for the rear outputs to be turned on.

13 Down Front Connections
With a stock radio on a 14 and up Harley this plug is included in all of our kits. It will be one of 2 things depending on the plug and play kit that you receive above.
First it would be a turn on for a DSP like the Rockford DSR1.
Second it could be a 12 volt switchable source for our Plug and Play Axxess mloc kit pictured above.
The 2 plugs are the 2 plugs that you see in both of our plug and play harnesses above. These are for a 14 and up Harley, and will plug into the 2 plugs that came off each pod.
There is a left and a right one, and they will send signal from the front outputs of the radio into the front inputs of the amplifier or DSR1 DSP (see images above).
This 4 pin plug, is on both of our Plug and Play kits above. This will connect to the stock 4 pin plug under the faring on a 14 and up Harley. This will be under the fairing on all Harley's, except ones with stock tour paks and rear speakers in the pak (see images above).
Every kit we sell will have RCA included in them.
They may come of the Mloc745 pictured above and go into your amplifier, or they come off your DSR1 DSP and go into your amplifier (please note the color coding on them).

Starting in April 2019, we have now made our kits even more Plug and Play. Each amplifier used in our PNP kits will now have color matched front and rear output plugs already installed into the amplifier. This will allow for a quicker install and a less confusing installation.
Front output plugs are still Green and Rear output plugs are Red still.
Pictured above is a front output plug, connected to the front wiring for your motorcycle. The connections for the amplifier now just plug into the matching color plug on the amplifier.

Color Coded Connections
As you can see in the picture above we have color coded the plugs for all amplifiers that we sell at Garage Bagger Stereo.
The input side of your amplifier is;
- Yellow for Front inputs
- Blue for Rear Inputs
Inputs will come directly from your plug and play harness at the top of the page here, or come from the DSR1 DSP.
The output side of your amplifier will connect to your speakers. The colors on the output side are;
- Green for front speakers
- Red for rear speakers
Speaker connections will come from the included harness in your kit and be color coded to match.

Main Wiring Harness
Included in all of our plug and play kits is our backbone harness for an amp in the fairing on your Harley
There are 2 variations of this harness;
The GBS2 harness is our most included harness in all of our kits. It is for a standard install and has your power, ground and rear speaker lines in it. This harness has been taped and wrapped, has ringlets on it ready to screw onto your battery, and inline fuse holder with included fuse, and quick disconnects for your saddlebag speakers or tour pak.
The GBS4 harness is identical to the GBS2 in every way, except to has 4 rear speaker connections and is used primarily with stock bikes with tour pak speakers and also Speed By Design Twisted8 and Copy Cat Killer lids.

The Rockford Fosgate DSR1 is probably the most used tool in our arsenal today, especially in a multi amp system or stock radio. The improvement over control of your sound is impacted 100% when adding the DSR1 to your Bagger Audio Build. In the latest update on our DSR plug and play kits, we have now labeled all of the plugs for easier connections and to save you time during your installation.

Signal input from the stock radio on a 14 and up Harley Davidson into the DSR1
The Output plug on the DSR1, has 4 sets of output from the DSP into your amp or amplifiers. They are all numbered 1-8 and are used as pairs.
Each plug now has a label on it, and that will make your install easier than ever.
For a stock radio on a 14 and up Harley Davidson, this is the communication port plug that is now attached to the DSR1 and plugged into the Harley. This carries your ground and constant for the input plug on the DSR1.
For an aftermarket radio, you would take the Yellow and Black on the plug and they can be attached to the power and ground on your amplifier, or you can attach them to the yellow and black off your aftermarket radio.
The front input plug has your front and rear rca inputs from the radio into the DSP. There are 4 main wires that are used on the input plug to the DSR; yellow (B+ Constant), Black (ground), Blue (Remote Input) and Blue/White (Remote Output)
