because George Conway has offered to have his staff help with the survey at no cost to the GCA. GCA Board Members helped create the survey, and Deborah Rexrode, PhD, a survey specialist, refined the survey, administered it, and she will receive the results and help us analyze them.
Who can submit a survey ... You and the joint owner of your home are each welcome to complete the survey from your personal email address. One survey response is allowed from each email address. The survey responses are not votes, per se; rather, they give the board a general idea of what the community is thinking so as resources become available in the next five years, the board can plan appropriately.
