Greetings!

We are pleased to provide this month's email newsletter from the Glenmore Community Association. As always, we welcome your feedback.

Caught a Fountain Recently?
Fisherman Residents are welcome to fish in our ponds.  But we have had problems with fishing lines getting caught in the fountain pumps, causing them to fail. Please make sure you keep lines and lures well away from all fountains.
Parade of Homes
As announced last month the use of "Glenmore Open House" signs at road junctions is no longer permitted.  However, there is one exception which the GCA Board approved, which you will see over the next two weekends - the "Parade of Homes".  This is the only event, occurring during the last weekend in September and the first weekend in October, where prospective purchasers and realtors are permitted entry to Glenmore without prior arrangement, and where Open Home signs will be temporarily allowed at street junctions.

Don't Walk on the Cracks!
Wet Tar Footprints
Cracks in our walking paths are currently being repaired. If the weather is not good, it may carry into the beginning of October. Please avoid walking on newly filled cracks, for the sake of both your shoes and the path.
Advance Notice of Fall Clean-Up
Dumpster Full details will be included in the October Newsletter, but here is a preview of the GCA's fall clean-up arrangements:
  • The Dumpsters for disposal of large household items will be available from November 3rd through November 11th.
  • The fall Limb and branch pick up will start on November 12th.
  • Details have not been worked out yet for the fall leaf pick-up, but this will probably take place early in December.
