Each room request must be assigned to a registered meeting participant. Companies are not allowed to block rooms under one name. The Hotel is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking rooms are NOT available.

Notice – A web link to make your hotel reservation will be emailed to you upon receipt of your meeting registration. All reservations are to be made, modified, or canceled by YOU, the member or guest.
