December GCM Update Can you believe 2021 is already coming to a close? We have had so many wonderful updates here at Generation Capital Management, we wanted to share all of the new things with you in our monthly newsletter! GCM Holiday Adopt A Family Generation Capital Management is working with Mt. Hope Family Center this Holiday Season to adopt families in need. We will be purchasing items for these families and helping to supply them to Mt. Hope to help make their Holiday Season just a little bit easier. Mt. Hope Family Center provides evidence-based intervention and prevention services to over 900 at-risk children and families annually, right here in our Rochester community. If you would like to support and participate in GCM's adopt a family program, please click on the link below and help provide something from the family wish list. We are asking that all items be shipped directly or dropped off to the offices at GCM no later than December 10th to allow time to wrap and coordinate with Mt. Hope Family Center before the holiday. GCM's Favorite Holiday Dish Corn Casserole

Ingredients 1 (15 1/4 oz) can drained whole kernel corn 1 (14 3/4 oz) can cream-style corn 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter 1 (8 oz) package corn muffin mix medium shredded cheddar cheese

Directions In a large bowl, stir together the two cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and butter. Pour into a greased casserole. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Top with a generous amount of cheddar cheese and return to the oven for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
