GDPC Founder Creates All Children Learn

Exciting News from GDPC's Founder:

I am proud to announce that I have created, along with my co-founder John Boyle - an ed tech expert, a company that I have planned and plotted in my mind for the last 10+ years. It is the first ever marketplace for all things special education - a platform for parents like YOU to search for the right schools and providers for your children. Never before have parents been able to search by location, age, grade, disability-type, methodology, etc. to find the right school or doctor or provider for their child's unique needs.

Why is this important?

We, at GDPC, would win a case for a family for 400 hours of make-up Wilson instruction or a private school that can deliver X instruction, but the parent would not know where to even start their search for the person or school who could implement the judge's orders.

They'd ask their pediatricians or their neighbors or do a google search for the appropriate provider or school, but they would come up empty-handed. They would search hundreds of schools and go on countless school visits just to learn that each of the schools were completely inappropriate, based on their child's unique needs.

I knew this had to change. There had to be a better, easier, way.

That is where ACL comes in.

All Children Learn (ACL) is the first special needs ecosystem that makes it easy to search and discover the appropriate schools and providers, locally.

We all know, many schools and providers serve children with special needs based on the unique profile of the child. A child’s special needs profile consists of data like disability- type, evidence-based methodology needed, cognition, age, grade, and more.

ACL’s industry-first, special needs search engine allows parents to search for schools and providers, locally, through the construct of the child’s profile.

Since our launch in January 2021, hundreds of schools and providers have logged on and claimed their profiles. And, new schools and providers are being added every day!

The Bigger Picture

There are scientifically-proven, evidence-based methodologies that can be used to remediate deficits in children who have a developmental delay or disability. Early intervention can mean the difference between success and failure, independence and dependence, even entrepreneurship and prison.

A Free and Appropriate Public Education is a civil right; yet all too often, children with special needs aren’t afforded these basic rights. And the system to enforce their rights is often confusing, unorganized, and difficult to navigate. Leaving many parents walking through a never-ending labyrinth of questions and dead ends.

The path to finding the appropriate educational setting and targeted services for children with unique needs shouldn’t be this complex. In fact, the answers - the specialized schools and top-notch providers- are all around us.

In our communities. In our neighborhoods. In our networks.
