State employees provide gifts to foster children through Christmas Kids Campaign

Governor Kemp's office and state agencies partnered with Clark Howard's Christmas Kids and the Georgia Department of Human Services' Division of Family and Children Services to help bring holiday cheer to children in need. GEFA fulfilled wish lists for three children. Read more

Intended Use Plans for the 2022 Supplemental SRFs are now available

The 2022 Supplemental CWSRF and DWSRF Intended Use Plans (IUP) are now available. A public meeting to discuss the IUPs will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the GEFA boardroom.

Q: What do you do for GEFA?

A: I am the public relations manager.


Q: How long have you worked for GEFA?

A: I have worked at GEFA for almost seven years.


Q: Where did you grow up?

A: I grew up in Athens, Georgia.


Q: Where did you go to college?

A: The University of Mississippi.


Q: Are you a sports fan? What team do you pull for?

A: I am a big college sports fan. I pull for the University of Georgia Bulldawgs, sic 'em!


Q: What is your favorite movie?

A: I love movies! Picking one is impossible, so here are my top five: A Time to Kill, The Godfather, Jurassic Park, The Departed, and Catch Me If You Can.


Q: If you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be?

A: I would travel to Santorini, Greece. It looks beautiful!


Q: What is the lock screen photo on your phone?

A: It is a picture of my dog Mac.


Q: What is the best advice that you have been given? Who/where was it from?

A: "In one minute you can change your attitude and in that minute you can change your entire day." This is one of my mom's favorite sayings and words that I try to live by.
