YOUR HELP IS DESPERATELY NEEDED TO ENSURE SELF-DIRECTION IS PART OF THE CONVERSATION IN ANNAPOLIS!

Last November, with its "Self-Direction Manual" MDH-DDA showed us all the future that it envisions for Self-Direction... less funding, lower wages, limited IFDGS... we must make OUR voices heard!

JOIN SDAN AT THE GRADUATE BY HILTON IN ANNAPOLIS FOR DD DAY ON FEBRUARY 13th!

Tickets are now available for the DD Day event—and they go fast! Don't delay! Contact your legislators now to arrange time to speak with them in their offices. DD Day tickets are required only for the event itself, which runs from 8am-11am. You do not need a ticket to join SDAN at the Graduate Hilton on DD Day and/or meet with your legislators. If you don't plan to be in Annapolis that day, you can always meet with your legislators another day but make it soon!

In support of your personal advocacy, SDAN is hosting a DD DAY PREP SESSION via Zoom on Friday, January 17 at 12PM. We'll let you know what to expect in Annapolis, share resources, and help you create your personal one-pager to share with legislators on DD Day, or another day! Need more? You can sign-up during the prep meeting for a 1:1 session with an SDAN DD Day committee member to help you write and produce your one-pager. We hope to see you there!

REGISTER FOR SDAN's DD DAY PREP SESSION THIS FRIDAY (ON ZOOM)!
