An entry level manufacturing position can pay over $55,000 annually whereas other entry level positions typically begin in the $30,000 range. This week we submitted a proposal to a potential manufacturer hoping they choose our site over the out-of-state competing sites and we can continue to grow our regional manufacturing base.

"Ultimately, leadership is not about glorious crowning acts. It's about keeping your team focused on a goal and motivated to do their best to achieve it, especially when the stakes are high and the consequences really matter. It is about laying the groundwork for others' success, and then standing back and letting them shine."
