NEW WOMEN'S STUDY
Wednesday Mornings
Starts October 4, 2023
Ladies! We know how hard it is to manage life and find time for Bible study. We've got you, sister. Join us Wednesday mornings from 7:45 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. in the Youth Center for a come-as-you-are women's group perfect for busy moms. We're studying Get Out of Your Head from speaker and Bible teacher Jennie Allen. Jeannie challenges Christian women to transform their outlook and their lives by interrupting their spiraling thoughts and realizing their God-given power to think differently.
You don't have to feel stuck in patterns of frustration and defeat. In searching for a solution, Jeannie learned that the greatest spiritual battle of our generation is taking place between our ears. How we think shapes how we live. So, it's crucial that we learn how to stop our spinning thoughts and refuse to fall prey to toxic thinking patterns like victimhood, anxiety, and distraction.
Please use the registration link below to sign up, we need a headcount for ordering books.
Starts: Wednesday, October 4th
Location: The Youth Center/531 Gunter Ave., (use rear entrance on Blount Ave.).
Cost of book: $12.00 (you can pay at the class, drop a check in the offering plate (note on memo line: Bible study guide; or online).

CELEBRATE RECOVERY (CR)
Sept. 14th | Speaker: Terri Lang
Our past does not get to direct our future anymore. Unhealthy thought patterns can affect mood, behavior, and mental clarity and wreck your life. You can flip the switch and win your battle. There's freedom in Jesus Christ.
“Be careful what you think because your thoughts run your life.” Proverbs 4:23
“Forget the things that happened in the past.
Do not keep on thinking about them. I am
about to do something new. It is beginning to happen even now. Don’t you see it coming? I am going to make a way for you to go through the desert. I will make streams of water in the dry and empty land." Isaiah 43:18-19
