Stop Violence Against Women Day
is our annual advocacy event. It is an opportunity for concerned Georgians from across the state to demand attention be paid to victims of domestic violence. Every year the Georgia Coalition Against Domestic Violence (GCADV) prepares over 300 supporters for Stop Violence Against Women Day – our supporters gather at the capitol building to advocate for victims of domestic violence, to ensure services are not impacted through budget cuts, and communicate the need for the state to be involved and vigilant in the quest to end domestic and sexual violence. The upcoming Stop Violence Against Women Day will be held on Tuesday, February 4th, 2020. GFWC Georgia will partner with GCADV this year and provide the continental breakfast items, paper products, and some printing.
Please join Tina Daniel and club members from across the state on this day! Please register below and Presidents please send us a list of club members attending so we can provide additional details.
Email Tina with your registration list. Volunteers should report in at 7:30a.m. We need your help and your voice.
