Dear GFWC Georgia members,
We are kicking off the partnership with Wellspring Living with excitement and energy. Our Mother’s Day Tea was a great success and President Kim Sekulow was able to present a $1,000 check at the event to Mary Frances Bowley, the founder and director of Wellspring Living. We raised over $3,000 at the event and will be presenting more to this non-profit organization during other events. Thank you for everyone’s support.
Why Wellspring Living? Because Wellspring Living transforms the lives of those at risk or victimized by sexual exploitation in the state of Georgia. This organization serves victims across our entire state. Find out more at www.wellsrpingliving.org.
Each month, there will be an opportunity for clubs, individuals and districts to participate in a state-wide project for Wellspring Living. We encourage you to be a part of this powerful movement to help those victims.
In June, we will be hands-on and will provide service to four of their locations. On Saturday, June 11, join us by signing up for one of the locations with other GFWC Georgia members in helping meet the vision of Wellspring where all victims have access to care and services.
