PRACTICE GROUP SPOTLIGHT
Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) Dispute
Practice Group

Disputes among partners or investors of LIHTC projects often leave not-for-profit and for-profit developers vulnerable because they don’t know their rights. To meet this need, Goldstein Hall recently developed a LIHTC Dispute practice group focused on defending developers and enforcing their rights .

Goldstein Hall is one of the leading law firms representing developers in LIHTC disputes across the country . Working with developers from the early stages of development, we understand your unique challenges and are singularly positioned to vigorously defend you. The result is holistic legal representation at every stage of the development process.

If you are a developer in an agreement to develop or rehabilitate a LIHTC project, contact David Goldstein or Brian Markowitz to review your rights.
