Big changes are happening at GHHN for our 40th Anniversary! We're updating to Neon CRM, a comprehensive membership management software and online event registration platform. As a result, our online payments options will switch from PayPal to NeonPay, the integrated system for Neon. In addition to the change in payment systems, our new system will allow you to log into your account to renew your membership, register for events, make donations, and more!
We'll be making the change after business hours this evening, Tuesday, March 3rd, to minimize the impact of the change. Once we've made the switch, you will no longer be redirected to a third-party website to make credit card payments -- you'll be able to do everything securely at greaterhudson.org.
We realize that many of you have membership renewals coming up, events you'd like to register for, and donations you would like to make. Please be patient with us as we make this switch. We think we've worked out all the kinks; but, as with all technological changes, you never know just how things are going to go! Everything should be up and running Wednesday morning; but if you see anything amiss or encounter any problems beyond that, please let us know.And if you prefer to stick with the low-tech option, you can always continue to send us a check for your membership renewals, event registrations, and donations!
